I love this man.

Ask me how much:

the wild in his hair,

the crinkle in his eyes,

the strength in his brow,

the corners of his lips,

the swoon in his smile,

the curve in his dimples,

the home in his heart,

the thunder in his voice.

I love this man.

Ask me how much:

the linger in his touch,

the fire in his kiss,

the warmth in his hug,

the fight in his spirit,

the tender in his care,

the grit in his hustle,

the steady in his chaos,

the ease in his stride.

I love this man.

Ask me how much:

the brave in his chest,

the mischief in his laughter,

the prayer on his tongue,

the restraint in his silence,

the curious in his conversation,

the wisdom in his brain,

the brilliance in his thoughts,

the child in his soul,

the prep in his step.

I love this man.

Ask me how much:

the balm in his words,

the awe in his wonder,

the bite in his wit,

the dance in his thoughts,

the root in his still,

the lift in his promise,

the catch in his breath,

the weight of his want,

the steel in his loyalty.

I really love this man.

Ask me how much.

He means every little thing

to me.

And if one day

this love becomes memory,

still,

ask me how much.

Every little thing.

Still.

Always.

Him.
